What happens if I run out of credits?
Free users wait until the next daily bonus or the monthly refresh on the 1st. Partner and Family users can buy a credit pack to cover overage in the same month, or wait for the 1st.
Do credits roll over each month?
No. On the 1st of each month, your credit balance resets to your plan's monthly amount — that includes monthly allotment, unused daily bonuses, and any pack top-ups still in the pool. Use them or lose them. Buy packs to cover overage in the same month, not for long-term storage.
Is my data private?
Yes. We never sell your data. Chat history rotates after 30 days; durable memory stays in your structured profile, not raw transcripts.
