Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 11, 2026

1. Introduction

End Busywork(“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Juno, an AI Home Manager delivered over SMS and the web. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you interact with Juno via text message or our website.

2. Information We Collect

  • Phone number — provided when you text Juno.
  • Message content — the text, images, and other media you send to and receive from Juno.
  • Connected integrations — if you authorize access, information from email and calendar providers you connect (Google, Microsoft, Apple, Fastmail, Yahoo), limited to the scopes you grant. See Section 5 of our Terms for what Juno is authorized to do with that data.
  • Usage data — timestamps, message frequency, and interaction metadata used to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Juno service.
  • To generate AI-powered responses. Message content is processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google) to generate reminders, suggestions, and other responses. These providers process data according to their respective privacy policies and data-processing agreements.
  • To send you transactional and service-related messages.

What we do not do.

  • We do not sell your personal information or your message content.
  • We do not share your message content, phone number, or Connected Account data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
  • We do notuse the contents of your messages, emails, or calendar events to train artificial-intelligence models — ours or anyone else's. Third-party AI providers we use to generate responses (Anthropic, Google) are contractually prohibited from training their models on your content under their enterprise / API terms.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

By texting Juno, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Juno at the phone number you text from. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (e.g., SMS delivery partners such as Twilio) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Message frequency varies based on your usage.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.
  • Reply HELP for help or contact us at juno@endbusywork.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website (helpmejuno.com) uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

  • Strictly necessary — session cookies that keep you signed in and protect against cross-site request forgery.
  • Analytics — aggregated, privacy-respecting usage data (page views, device type, approximate region) used to improve the website. We do not use cookies for advertising or to build cross-site behavioral profiles.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the website (such as signing in to manage integrations) will not work if strictly-necessary cookies are disabled.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers — Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic and Google (AI processing), Composio (OAuth token broker for connected email/calendar accounts), and infrastructure providers, solely to operate the service.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, the rights of our users, or the safety of others.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep structured account data (your profile, household members, preferences, upcoming reminders, meal plans, and other records you ask Juno to remember) for as long as your account is active. This is the information Juno needs to be useful to you.

Reminder history— once a reminder has fired or been marked done/cancelled, we keep it for 30 days so Juno can answer follow-up questions like “what was that dentist reminder from a couple weeks ago?” After 30 days the completed record is deleted by an automated monthly cleanup job. Reminders you have set for the future and ones you have snoozed are notaffected — those persist as long as they're active.

We do not keep your raw chat history forever. Old conversations are automatically deleted 30 days after they end. Once a conversation ends — whether you reset it, change topics, or simply move on — its messages are queued for deletion and wiped by an overnight cleanup job exactly 30 days later. We keep a small record that the conversation happened (channel, topic, when it ended) for service analytics, but the message content itself is gone and cannot be recovered.

The same 30-day window applies to email and calendar items Juno fetched on your behalf from a Connected Account: the cached copy is removed once it is no longer needed to answer your follow-up questions or generate reminders.

Exception — date-specific reminders from your inbox. When Juno notices that an email you connected mentions a future date you would want a heads-up about (for example, a permission slip deadline, an appointment, or an event invite), she keeps a small pointer recordso she can surface the item on that day. The pointer holds only the sender's display name, the email subject, and the future date itself — not the email body and not any AI-generated summary of it. The pointer is automatically deleted the day after the event passes (or 60 days after the email arrived, whichever comes first), and is removed sooner if you disconnect the email account or delete your data. If you ask Juno about a surfaced item, she re-fetches the live email from your Connected Account at that moment; she does not retain its contents.

To delete your account and all associated data immediately, text DELETE MY DATA to Juno and we will remove your information within 30 days. You may also contact us at juno@endbusywork.com to request deletion. Backups are purged on a rolling basis and any residual copies are overwritten within 90 days.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete — request that we delete your account and associated personal information.
  • Port — receive a machine-readable copy of information you provided to us.
  • Opt out— opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and of certain types of targeted advertising. Juno does not sell or share your personal information for any of these purposes, but you may submit a request and we will confirm in writing.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources of that information, the business purposes for collecting it, and the third parties with whom we share it. Those categories and purposes are described throughout this policy.

To exercise any of these rights, text Juno DELETE MY DATA (for deletion) or email juno@endbusywork.com from the email or phone number associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards include:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) for all traffic between your device, Juno, and our service providers.
  • Encryption at rest for our databases and for sensitive credentials (such as app-specific passwords for Connected Accounts).
  • OAuth tokens for connected Google and Microsoft accounts are held by our authorization broker (Composio) rather than stored directly by us.
  • Access controls and audit logging on internal systems that hold user data.

No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you and, where required, the appropriate regulators in accordance with applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

Juno is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at juno@endbusywork.com and we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending a text message or updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Juno after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
