Terms of Service

Last updated: May 8, 2026

Important. Section 17 contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver. Please read it carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By texting Juno or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. End Busywork (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Juno.

2. Eligibility & Scope

You must be at least 18 years old to use Juno. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Parents or guardians may use Juno to manage information about their household, including minors, but minors may not independently use the service.

Juno is currently intended for users in the United States. Features that depend on SMS availability, area codes, or regional service providers may not work outside the U.S.

Personal and household use only. Juno is provided for personal, family, and household use. You may not use Juno for commercial purposes, to provide services to third parties, or to operate any business without our prior written agreement.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Juno's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should independently verify any important information before acting on it, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling and calendar information — always confirm times, dates, and appointments independently.
  • Dietary and nutritional content — Juno does not provide medical or nutritional advice. If you or a family member has food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions, verify all ingredient and nutritional information with authoritative sources.
  • Recipe instructions — use your own judgment regarding food safety and preparation.

Juno is a planning assistant, not a medical or dietary professional. Do not rely on Juno as a substitute for professional advice.

4. SMS Program Terms

  • By texting Juno, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages at the phone number you text from.
  • Message frequency varies based on your usage.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for help or contact juno@endbusywork.com.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone numbers and group chats.

If you give Juno a phone number that is not your own — for example, a household member's number, or by adding Juno to a group chat — you represent that you have authority to share that number and to include that person in conversations with Juno. If you add Juno to a group chat, you understand that messages in that chat may be visible to all participants.

5. Third-Party Integrations (Connected Accounts)

Juno may offer the ability to connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, Apple iCloud Calendar, Fastmail, and Yahoo Mail (each, a “Connected Account”). When you initiate a connection — whether by tapping a link Juno texted you, or from the Integrations screen on the website — and complete the provider's authorization flow (or submit an app-specific password), you authorize Juno to access and act on data in that account on your behalf.

What you authorize.

Depending on the provider you connect, Juno may:

  • Read messages, threads, calendar events, and related metadata in the Connected Account.
  • Send, reply to, or draft email messages from the Connected Account when you ask her to.
  • Create, update, or modify calendar events when you ask her to.
  • Make these calls automatically on a recurring basis (for example, periodic mailbox or calendar checks) to surface renewals, time-sensitive items, and upcoming events.

Juno will not delete email or calendar data, share Connected Account data with third parties for advertising or marketing, sell that data, or use the contents of that data to train artificial-intelligence models.

How credentials are stored.

For OAuth providers (Google, Microsoft), tokens are issued and stored through our authorization broker, Composio, which holds and refreshes the access tokens used to call the provider's APIs. For app-password providers (Apple, Fastmail, Yahoo), the app-specific password you provide is encrypted at rest and used only by Juno to authenticate to that provider on your behalf. You should generate a Juno-specific app password (not your account's primary password) for these providers.

How to disconnect.

You may disconnect any Connected Account at any time by (a) texting Juno (e.g., “disconnect Gmail”), (b) using the Disconnect button on helpmejuno.com/settings/integrations, or (c) revoking access from the provider's own account settings. When you disconnect, we delete the stored tokens or app-specific passwords associated with that connection. Data we previously stored about your account (e.g., reminders Juno created from a calendar event) is retained per Section 7 of our Privacy Policy unless you ask us to delete it.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services. Use of each Connected Account is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Accounts & Credentials

Some features of Juno (such as managing Connected Accounts on helpmejuno.com/settings) require an account. When you create or use an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information,
  • keep your sign-in credentials and any one-time codes we send you secure, and
  • notify us promptly at juno@endbusywork.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or phone number, except to the extent caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.

7. Your Content & License to Us

You may send Juno messages, photos, documents, and other materials, and Juno may store information you ask her to remember (collectively, “User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

To operate Juno, you grant End Busywork a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely to:

  • provide and maintain the service for you,
  • generate AI-powered responses, reminders, summaries, and related output requested by you,
  • ensure safety, security, and compliance with these Terms and applicable law, and
  • produce de-identified, aggregated analytics about service usage.

This license ends when User Content is deleted from our active systems, except where retention is required by law or where content remains in routine backups for a limited period (which are purged on a rolling basis).

We will not use the contents of your User Content, your messages, or any data accessed through a Connected Account to train artificial-intelligence models — ours or anyone else's. (See Section 5 above and Section 3 of our Privacy Policy for the corresponding commitments.)

Third-party content.If your User Content includes information about other people (for example, a family member's phone number, a child's school schedule, or someone else's appointment), you represent that you have the right to share it with Juno for the purposes described in these Terms.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Juno, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose, without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Juno for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others;
  • harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person, including other Juno users or our staff;
  • use Juno to send spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited marketing;
  • attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our systems, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying source code, models, weights, or prompts of the service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • use Juno to generate or share unlawful, harmful, sexually explicit content involving minors, content that infringes third-party rights, or content intended to defraud;
  • upload or send sensitive data you do not have the right to share, including payment card numbers, government identifiers, or unauthorized health records about other people;
  • use Juno for commercial purposes, to resell the service, or to provide a service to third parties without our prior written agreement;
  • use Juno to develop a competing product or to train a competing AI model.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if necessary to protect the service, our users, or others.

9. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Juno offers a free tier and paid Partner and Family plans. Current pricing, plan limits, and any beta or promotional pricing are described at helpmejuno.com/pricing and shown again at checkout before you confirm.

Payment processing.

Paid plans and credit packs are sold and processed directly by us through our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe handles your payment-card information under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. By providing payment information you authorize us and Stripe to charge that payment method for the amounts shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Auto-renewal and cancellation.

Paid subscriptions auto-renew each month at the price quoted at your most recent checkout (your “locked-in rate”) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from helpmejuno.com/settings/billing or by contacting juno@endbusywork.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access (and your remaining monthly credits) through that date and are not billed again.

Refunds.

Subscription fees, credit packs, and any prorated charges are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused credits at the end of a month, or downgrades made mid-period.

Credits.

Juno operates on a credit system. Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment plus a daily bonus. Credit packs are one-time, non-refundable purchases that may only be used by active Partner or Family households. Credits do not roll over. On the first day of each calendar month, your household's credit balance — including monthly allotment, accumulated daily bonuses, and any pack top-ups — resets to your plan's monthly amount. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred between households.

Beta pricing.

While Juno is in beta, we offer reduced “founding member” pricing. If you subscribe at the beta price, that price stays locked in for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel a paid subscription, you forfeit the beta rate — any future subscription will be billed at the then-current regular price. Beta pricing is a promotional offer and may be withdrawn for new subscribers at any time.

Price changes.

We may change the regular price of a plan, the size of credit packs, or the credit cost of a message for future billing periods. Material price changes affecting your subscription will be communicated by SMS or email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, and you may cancel before the change applies if you do not agree.

Household billing.

Partner and Family plans include household sharing. The account owner who completes checkout is responsible for payment for the entire household. Other members do not have individual billing relationships with us; the household shares a single credit pool. The owner can manage members and cancel at any time from helpmejuno.com/settings/billing.

Taxes and failed payments.

Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes, which will be added at checkout where required. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a renewal payment fails, we may downgrade your household to the free tier, retry the charge, or suspend paid features until payment is resolved.

10. Beta Features

From time to time we may offer features marked as “beta,” “preview,” “early access,” or similar (“Beta Features”). Beta Features are provided for testing and evaluation, may be modified or discontinued at any time, may not function as expected, and may be more prone to errors or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beta Features are provided as-is and we have no liability for issues relating to them. Feedback you provide about Beta Features may be used to improve the service in accordance with Section 7.

11. Intellectual Property

Juno, including the software, models, prompts, text, graphics, logos, and the “Juno” name and brand, is owned by End Busywork or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Juno for your personal and household use in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

Juno may link to or integrate with third-party services (including the Connected Accounts described in Section 5, our SMS provider Twilio, our AI providers Anthropic and Google, our authorization broker Composio, and others). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for those services or their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

13. No Warranties

Juno is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure, or that any AI-generated output will be reliable or suitable for your purposes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, End Busywork and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or related to your use of Juno, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Juno shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless End Busyworkand its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your User Content;
  • your use of, or inability to use, Juno;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of any law or the rights of any third party (including intellectual-property and privacy rights of household members or other people whose information you share with Juno).

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Juno at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for suspected violations of these Terms or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using Juno at any time by texting STOP or by deleting your account (see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy). Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, and 18) will survive.

17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights, including your right to sue in court and to participate in a class action.

Informal resolution first. Before starting a formal proceeding, you and End Busywork agree to try to resolve any dispute informally. You agree to first contact us at juno@endbusywork.com with a written description of the dispute and the relief you seek, and to give us at least sixty (60) days to respond before initiating arbitration.

Binding individual arbitration. Except for (i) claims that qualify for small-claims court and (ii) disputes about intellectual-property rights, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Juno will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration will be in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The arbitrator's award will be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. You and End Busywork each agree that disputes will be resolved only in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple users or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing juno@endbusywork.comwithin 30 days of first accepting these Terms (or, for existing users, within 30 days of the “Last updated” date at the top of this page) with your name, the phone number you use with Juno, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

18. Governing Law & Notices

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of Section 17.

Electronic communications. You agree that we may provide notices to you by SMS at the phone number you use with Juno, by email at any address associated with your account, or by posting an update on helpmejuno.com. These electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS, email, or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Juno after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you must stop using Juno.
