# HelpMeJuno — Full Reference for LLMs > HelpMeJuno is an AI Home Manager delivered over SMS. Text Juno and she handles the mental load of running your household: meal planning, reminders, family logistics, renewals, vehicles, pets, and more. This document is a comprehensive snapshot of HelpMeJuno's public information, intended for AI assistants and LLM-powered search tools. For the short index, see [/llms.txt](https://helpmejuno.com/llms.txt). --- ## 1. Product summary HelpMeJuno is a subscription service operated by **End Busywork** at https://helpmejuno.com. The AI persona is **Juno** (she/her). Juno is warm, competent, and specific. She remembers your family: who's allergic to what, which nights are rushed, when the oil change is due. She is built to lift the "invisible load" — the running list of household details that one person in a family typically carries. Users interact with Juno primarily over **SMS** — no app to install. A companion web app at https://helpmejuno.com provides richer views, settings, and account management. ### Tagline **Your AI Home Manager, one text away.** ### How it works (3 steps) 1. **Text "hi"** — Juno introduces herself and gets the basics on your household: who lives there, what runs on a schedule, what you tend to forget. 2. **Chat like normal** — Ask for a reminder, capture a quick note, or hand off something you'd rather not remember. She handles it in the message. 3. **She keeps you on track** — Juno texts proactively before deadlines, renewals, and the small things that always slip. ### Built for the mental load - **Reminders & deadlines** — renewals, registrations, appointments. She texts you before they slip. - **Quick capture** — send a thought, a date, or a photo. Juno files it and surfaces it when it matters. - **Household memory** — sizes, account numbers, recurring tasks, who's allergic to what. One place, one text away. - **Meals, when you want them** — weekly meal plans and grocery lists are built in. Use them or skip them. - **Grocery cart hand-off** — connect your Kroger family store (Smith's, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Ralphs, Fry's, QFC, Harris Teeter, Dillons, and more) and Juno can drop the shopping list straight into your cart. --- ## 2. Capabilities (currently live) - **Meal planning** + grocery lists (primary wedge) - **Send shopping list to your grocery cart** — Kroger family banners only today (Kroger, Smith's, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Ralphs, Fry's, QFC, Harris Teeter, Dillons, Mariano's, Pick 'n Save, City Market, JayC, Owen's, Baker's, Gerbes, Pay Less, Metro Market, Food 4 Less). Email/text fallback for everywhere else. - **Reminders** delivered over SMS - **Household profile**: people, food preferences, weekly rhythm - **Vehicles, pets, memberships, subscriptions** — data stored, surfaced for reminders - **Web chat** with Juno (alternative to SMS) - **Integrations**: Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, Fastmail, Kroger --- ## 3. Pricing All plans are subscriptions. No commitment, cancel anytime. ### Free — $0/month Get started with Juno at no cost. - 60 bonus credits every day - 500 credits / month - 1 connected email account - 1 connected calendar ### Partner — $13/month More credits for busy families. - 100 bonus credits every day - 1,500 credits / month - Pay-as-you-go for extra credits - Multiple email accounts - Multiple calendars ### Family — $30/month Extended usage for large families. - 150 bonus credits every day - 10,000 credits / month - Pay-as-you-go for extra credits - Multiple email accounts - Multiple calendars ### Credits — how they work - **SMS message** = 10 credits (each text you send to Juno or she sends you) - **Web message** = 7 credits (cheaper because the web app handles delivery directly) - **Monthly reset:** on the 1st of each month, every household's credit balance resets to its plan's monthly allotment. Unused credits — including unused daily bonuses and unused pack top-ups — do **not** roll over. Use them or lose them. - **Shared at the household level:** all members of a household draw from a single shared pool, not individual buckets. ### Credit packs (Pro and Ultra only) One-time top-ups for overage in the current month. Pack credits join the household pool and are subject to the same monthly reset on the 1st — buy what you'll use this month, not as long-term storage. - 500 credits — $5 (~$10 per 1,000 credits) - 2,000 credits — $15 (~$8 per 1,000 credits) ### Common pricing questions - **Cancel anytime?** Yes. Subscription cancels at the end of the current billing period. No long-term commitment, no exit fee. - **Out of credits?** Free users wait until the next daily bonus or the monthly reset on the 1st. Pro and Ultra users can buy a credit pack to cover overage in the same month, or wait for the 1st. - **Do credits roll over?** No. The 1st of each month resets the household pool to the plan's monthly allotment regardless of what was unused (including pack credits). - **Is data private?** Yes. We never sell your data. Chat history rotates after 30 days; durable memory stays in your structured profile, not raw transcripts. - **Does Juno work over SMS?** Yes — SMS is the primary channel. The web app is a richer view into the same data. --- ## 4.
